Welcome to the Libi & Daughters Ambassador Program. We’re delighted to partner with like-minded individuals who share our passion for premium skincare.

By joining the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying.

1. Eligibility

To join our Ambassador Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have a valid PayPal account for receiving payments

Libi & Daughters reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

• Commissions are earned on net qualifying sales (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and cancellations), tracked via your unique referral link and discount code.

• Commission rates range from 15% to 30%, depending on the ambassador's assigned tier. For returning customers, commission would be 7.5% to 15%.

• Self-referrals and purchases made by family members are not eligible for commission.

• Family members of ambassadors can enjoy a 20–30% discount on their first purchase, and 5–15% on future purchases.

• Commissions are paid out monthly, via PayPal transfer.

• Customers using the ambassador’s referral link or unique code will receive a 10% discount and all transactions will be tracked accordingly.

• Once a customer completes a purchase via an ambassador’s link or code, they will be linked to that ambassador for a period of 6 months.

• During this 6-month attribution window, all eligible purchases made by that customer will generate commission for the referring ambassador based on the applicable tier.

Permitted Channels:

• Social media, Blogs, websites, newsletters (with opt-in subscribers)

• Paid ads, provided they do not directly compete with our brand campaigns
  
  

Not Allowed:

• Bidding on “Libi & Daughters” or related keywords in search or social ads

• Posting discount codes on public coupon or deal sites

• Spammy, misleading, or unethical promotional methods

• Altering our branding, images, or pricing without approval

• Promoting content that includes hate speech, adult material, or illegal activity
  
  

Violations may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

• Ambassador may use approved brand materials such as logos, product images, and visuals

• Any custom content must be reviewed and approved before publication

• Track your performance, clicks, sales, and commissions via the Refersion Ambassador portal

• Commission disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the sale
  
  

• Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment details

• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to your earnings
  
  

Libi & Daughters reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Ambassador account for:

• Fraudulent activity (fake orders, chargebacks, bot traffic, self-referrals or family referrals)

• Creating multiple Ambassador accounts for personal gain

• Violating promotional or ethical guidelines, or any other terms set forth in this agreement

Unpaid commissions may be forfeited in such cases.

• Ambassador are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Libi & Daughters

• You may not present yourself as an official spokesperson or enter into agreements on behalf of the brand
  
  

• All customers referred through your Ambassador link remain the property of Libi & Daughters

• You may not collect customer data for independent marketing or sell/remarket to customers outside of the program

Any breach of this policy may lead to suspension or termination of your Ambassador account.

• You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing

• Libi & Daughters reserves the right to modify commission rates, program structure, or terms at any time with prior notice

• Violation of terms may result in termination from the program

• Libi & Daughters is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the program

• We do not guarantee earnings and are not responsible for technical errors or tracking issues

Ambassadors must maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared by Libi & Daughters, including but not limited to:

• Commission structures

• Marketing strategies

• Product launches

• Customer or partner data

Such information must not be disclosed, shared, or misused without prior written consent.

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales

• Disputes must first be resolved through direct negotiation with Libi & Daughters

• If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in courts of England and Wales, with costs shared by both parties

• All legal proceedings must take place in courts of England and Wales; class-action suits are waived
